Is Macro Counting Right for You?

Maybe, maybe not. If you choose to work with me you will find that is the answer to a lot of questions you may have. I want to coach you to a sustainable life change. So that means trying things (maybe trying macro counting), learning new things, failing, being flexible, adjusting goals, and finding success at the end because we listened to your goals and how your body responds to food and movement. All things that we do will be things that you can do consistently. So if you start this journey thinking counting macros is right for you but you don't consistently plan and weigh your food then it is not what will help you meet your goals. I would then suggest another tool for you to try and we would work on building different skills so that you can still find success whether macros was right for you or not.
